The idea of the proposed design was prompted by an "attraction" of sorts in the form of an esplanade located 13 to 14 meters above the street level affords a good panoramic view.
The second element of the structure is a small multi-functional hall for theater shows, concerts, and so forth. This hall, in the opinion of the authors, will make the place more attractive.
The portal of the theatre fills in the gap in the front of Kropotkinskaya street. The main divisions of the faзade accord with the neighboring buildings. The inclined roof is a grass-covered slope laid out as a properly landscaped park.
