The dimensions of this monument should eclipse all the currently existing tallest buildings in the world. It should proudly soar above St. Basil’s Cathedral. If the proposed monument were the height of the Eiffel Tower, its constructions and its upward soaring would worthily symbolise the great leader, as an innovator and a revolutionary, and the contrast to St. Basil’s would be truly striking.
