The monument’s construction divides into base, main monument building and girdle.
a) The principle of the Soviet emblem of the 5-pointed star id utilised in the monument’s base.
b) In the main section rises the emblem of the uniting of the proletariat of the world, and the symbol used is that of a globe, in which six floors will be located with corresponding premises for Comintern, Profintern and Krestintern, Lenin’s tomb, a museum of Leninism and the Revolution, the Lenin Institute, and a hall for All-Union conferences.
c) The belt encapsulates the symbolic idea of the invincible worldwide party of the proletariat, which envelops the whole globe with a ring and holds it in its hands - this is the Bolshevik Party.
