At the base of the monument lies a 5-pointed star with sharp rays. This is where a large rostrum is to be constructed. The powerful figure of Ilyich is bent forward, his hands resting on the edges of the rostrum, with his simple peak cap held in his right hand. From the outside, to the left of the Lenin statue, below and against the backdrop of the red wall, are the black words: “Lenin is dead”. From the end of the words rises a zigzag of lightning up to the words: “Leninism is alive.”
