The Bridge over the river Rubicon or 190 ascending and descending steps. Passing by the areas of rising and falling, stopping areas where the environs can be viewed, one may consider whether it is better to continue on one’s way or turn back.
Only the most decisive will cross the Rubicon.
It is suggested that this monumental bridge be constructed at a hypothetical place at the crossing of the Rubicon in the 49th year of our era.
